Enviro 3 systems have been tested at T3 high ambient conditions and operate efficiently. R290 is a hydrocarbon based refrigerant and is inflammable. The biggest saving with units running on R290 present is in the Global Warming Potential for refrigerant losses. R290 has only 3 Global Warming potential/KG compared to R410a which has a massive 1,890 Global Warming potential/KG
